Elder Duraccio

Small world. Elder Duraccio and Elder Paulus (from France) came over for dinner tonight. Elder Duraccio was one of the 10 Young Men I taught in Sunday School while living in Japan, helping them prepare to serve a full-time mission. Now he's here in the same area as I am living in.

Actually he lives in the next city but he and his companion, who is French, are both teaching native French speakers.

So to all those from Misawa, he says hello and he misses all of you! He is doing very well. He has a good reputation of being a hard worker, committed to the work and he loves the people he serves. He couldn't stop talking about his memories of his experiences in Misawa. He also couldn't help but talk about the influence his mother had on his life. He remembers his mother reading the scriptures to him. He is excited to hear that his father has decided to become more involve with Church as well, now that they are living in South Carolina.

He and his missionary companion work well together and are united with their dedication to representing the Savior.

If you want his email, let me know and I'll send it to you.
